Free
Copies of CD
ASAMS recognises that many people suffering illness live within restricted
budgets. For this reason if you would like a copy, but cannot purchase
one, Kiwiwebs (ASAMS web host provider & CD creator) have kindly agreed to supply the
CD-ROM version free of charge. This offer is open to anyone in any
country and no explanation for the request need be given. Please email
Kiwiwebs directly for your free copy. Kiwiwebs make this offer to show
their respect to Dr Burton and in particular to recognise his generosity
in allowing ASAMS to reproduce the presentation.
