Adhesive Arachnoiditis has been classed as a "rare" disease. It is now very important to get precise numbers from all over the world of people sufferering this debilitating disease with the hope of initiating research and better pain management.

Please fill out the questionnaire adding your details to the register. The International Data Base is held by ASAMS.All information is stored in a national database and is completely secure. No names are needed.
