Arachnoiditis (OFFSITE)
(Surgical Steps A, B and C)

Step A: The arachnoid membrane surrounding the spinal cord becomes thickened or inflamed.

Step B: The affected arachnoid membrane material is surgically removed.

Step C: Vascular supply is brought to the area by attaching a portion of the greater omentum.
